Adjuster/Bidder showed up and did a very professional job of detecting damage and extent of work. Owner showed up to finalize the project. After several calls the workmen showed up and began the process of repair. We attempted to contact the adjuster and manager several times about the work. We were rushed into choosing the Vinyl and chose too quickly after being told our choices were not available. Alltogether a stumbling about in the dark episode. The work was good when finished but the lack of communication and coordination was difficult to deal with.

They did a fantastic job. That started in August last year and finished in November. They located a plumbing leak we had. They did painting. They stripped wallpaper and repaired drywall. They installed appliances.

The owner of Rainbow Intl. in Tacoma came out within an hour of my call and explained what needed doing. He was friendly, thorough, professional and let me know that he could work directly with my insurance adjuster to budget the work. He then met the next day with my adjuster on site and by the third day had a crew working in the basement. As it happens, I had previous plans to leave for the holidays so I figured out what I wanted to have done, selected some new flooring and fixtures and, since they were bonded and were recommended by a plumber who we have used often, I left town and they finished the work while I was gone. When I got home, it was beautifully finished just as I had specified. We did a walk through and they touched up the very few things that I asked for, and they were finished. While we were gone, we communicated by phone every few days, so I was confident in the progress of the work.

THE MOST RECENT TIME WE USED THEIR SERVICE WE ALSO HAD SOME CARPET REPAIR DONE. AS ALWAYS, THE WORK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION.
