Description of Work: My sewing machine hadn't been serviced since before the original 9/11. It ceased to zigzag, so I took it to Quality Sewing for a complete go-through. They give a quote above which they will not go without authorization, send it to their repair center, and contact you if their technician identifies parts that need to be replaced that would put the cost over the limit. I haven't sewn much since the machine's return, but the zigzag and tension work great.

I do recommend them and I will continue to use their services in the future. I really do believe in this company.
