Called, Left message and in 30 minutes Luis called back! My roof was leaking and he offered to come that night but we waiting until the next day. He investigated, found the leak and repaired the roof within 4 hours. Louis was friendly solved my leak quickly and affordably. Luis pointed out other issues with my roof and we're talking about replacing, it's been 25 years since this roof was put on and I knew it was time. This fix will get me to the summertime when it can be replaced without all this rain! I highly recommend Luis.

Luis was the first one who responded to my request to clean my roof and rid it of moss and I liked him from the first time I met him: no airs, friendly, and wanting to help solve my problems in a quality manner at an affordable cost. During his inspection, he noticed cracked ridge shingles that needed to be replaced and took pictures of them so I could see what needed to be done. I strongly recommend him; his card is one of the ones I ll keep for my future needs.

Did an excellent job. I have used another business for air blowing the roof and the gutters and Luis did a better job doing more ground clean up. Good price as well. I plan to have them back again.

Always on time. Located ice dam problem quickly and repair appears to be a major upgrade to original workmanship that should prevent recurrence in the future. He inspected the attic to ensure that the leakage in the garage had not extended from the garage into the attic. Cleanup following drywall tear out and repair was thorough. Quality is the right name for this company and cost was reasonable.

Started this roof-cleaning project by virtual handshake with owner Luis Tello. A refreshing level of trust! He cleared the heavy fall collection of cedar droppings on the house and garage, cleared out the gutters, and applied moss treatment to all. Beyond that agreed-upon work, he texted me before-and-after pictures and cleared away everything dropped from the roof. He also inspected the condition of my roof and made recommendations for further care. Everything was accomplished promptly and in good spirits. He charged me exactly what he said he would, with quick and easy payment through Chase Bank's Zelle. In appreciation, I paid extra, will be hiring them again, and will be recommending Quality Roofing of Everett to others.
