We visited Quality Counter to find a thin slab of something that would work on top of our fireplace hearth, they had some Corian that we liked and fit the bill so they helped us with picking out an edge tell them the size and they fabricated it and we were able to pick it up the next day. We slipped it on the hearth underneath our pellet stove and it has been working great, easy to clean!

I have contracted with Quality Counter at their new Bremerton store. They are easy to work with. An owner actually did the measuring and template making. The installation was done as promised but the shower shelves were left out and another 2 weeks went by before they were installed.  Someone didn't read the entire order.  There was no problem with them acknowledging their error and payment was not requested until I was completely satisfied.  I would do business with them again and will seek their bid on further work. They do more than counter tops.  I had them do a tub/shower wall surround for which you don't have a category.  It is excellent.

After we had a fire in our rental house the whole upstairs was destroyed and had to be rebuilt. We debated on what to use for the finish material and consulted with several vendors. After meeting with Quality Counter Ali and Karen Merdassi were able to answer all our questions and we were able to find Quartz material in their yard that saved us money on the bathroom install. We went to a couple different stone yards in Seattle and were able to hold the exact slab that we found would work for our kitchen. After setting the install day Quality Counter installed the counter tops and the entry way stone in one day. They were fast friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Quality counter was not as cheap as some manufactures but they do have a full shop where all the cuts and edges are done with precision machines and not by hand that may leave gaps in seams like I have seen on some installs. Each of the seams and edges to the counters were very tight and sealed up so you could hardly tell they were there. The stone work that Quality Counter did makes the whole house look great. We are very pleased with the end result of the project.

I am a procrastinator. It took me a long time from thinking about getting counter tops, to making my mind up as to what I wanted. Ali and Karen took it in stride and were patient and helpful. Once decisions were made, the work progressed smoothly. Very personable, but they also needed to be prodded into giving me time frames to complete the work. The installation itself went smoothly and professionally. The wall cap was not installed correctly, and Ali was very responsive to my concerns and assured me he will make it right. My counter tops look wonderful.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE, THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND FINISHED BEFORE SCHEDULED.
