Pros: Quick and cheap work Cons: Poor communication from Alex. It took 2-3 tries each time to get him to reply to a text. We were expecting an inspection after the full electrical rewire his team did, but that never happened. In hindsight, we now understand that there was no permit in the first place. Had we known that going in, we would have gone with a different electrician. There was also an errant hole put into the crown molding. Mistakes happen, but there was no offer to fix the mistake. Conclusion: My sense is that Alex's team is skilled but overbooked. The rush to finish one job and move on to the next leads to skipping important processes like permit application to save time. Additionally, when mistakes occur, there is no budgeted time to repair them.
