However, the end result is that while the computer is back, I've lost 4 years of emails, all my bookmarks and if I hadn't had Carbonite installed and working I'd have lost everything. And while he said that the mirrored drive was working, it wasn't. He said that he would get an external floppy to install the software I needed. Two weeks later, having heard nothing, I bought my own and contacted him. He said he would be here on Friday, October 14th to finish up. No show. No answering my calls. Do not use them.
