THIS APPEARED TO BE A BUSINESS OUT OF A HOME AND THEREFORE A LITTLE HARD TO GET HOLD OF BY PHONE. HOWEVER WHEN A TIME AND DATE WERE SET FOR INSTALLATION THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. OVERALL, WE WERE SATISFIED
