PODS Moving and Storage

All went well until I requested the POD to be delivered. We are now in Port Ludlow Wa a n d they refuse to deliver it to our house. I will have to rent a U Haul unload the POD and drive the stuff to our new home and then return the U Haul. This is a royal pain in the rear.

The delivery and POD container it self were in mostly good working order. The door was a bit rough but the unit did not allow any water in it during heavy rain. The main issue I had was the company not sticking to their word about pricing and not getting back to me. When I originally ordered my 16' POD over the phone I advised I had a coupon code for $100 off after three months of having the POD. I confirmed that I would get the $100 off after three months even if the POD was stored on my property. The representative on the phone insured I would get the $100 off after three months. After the three months passed I called and asked about the $100 off and was told that I could not get the $100 off because I was not storing the POD at their location. I told them I had been assured I would get the $100 off even when stored on my property and I was told I would be contacted in a few days. I NEVER HEARD BACK AT ALL. I was extremely disappointed and decided to have my POD moved to storage and then to our new home as soon as possible. Once I had the POD at my new home I called and had it removed right away so I did not have to pay any more money.

It went great. They are awesome!
