Well one thing I would like and I know some cars dealership do this some of them would come and pick your car up, if they going to keep me there for three hours they need to come get my car, so picking up my car would be nice.

I've never had a problem with the quality of work done at Pignataro or felt pressured into services that I don't need. I do a lot of work myself, and they've never seemed to have a problem with only doing a portion of my scheduled maintenance.
Service can sometimes take a while, I would suggest not waiting for anything more complex than an oil change. They now will do oil changes with no appointment, which is very convenient. This service was slower than advertised at first, but they have seemed to improve: my last oil change took about 20 minutes.

My husband always grumbles about them but I like them. They also fixed our car, they do car repairs and they were really good about picking me up and bringing me home. I really like them, they are very nice. The people are very nice, friendly, professional, accommodating and they keep you informed on what's happening and I like that. I am very happy with them. We did have to take the car back one time, they didn't actually deal what was wrong with it so we took it back, they gave us a loaner then they fixed it right.

The Pignataro dealership was adamant that my Jetta needed a new or rebuilt transmission. A rebuilt trnasmission installed was going to be approximately $5000 before taxes, and a new one would be approximately $6000.00. I was leery of their opinion so I declined and ended up paying about $340.00 for an expensive carwash and their WRONG diagnosis. I took the car to a well reputed transmission shop who looked at it and recommended I take it to another shop where they had the proper equipment to diagnosis its systems, and where they ultimately fixed my car ( it was a wiring issue) for about $430.00).
OR TEN times LESS than the smallest estimate from Pignataro, who as the dealership with all the diagnostic equipment and trained personel should have figured the problem out.

I have had mostly good experiences with them. I have been waiting for a while to get my latch on my trunk repaired and I have not been satisfied with the work so far. I will be going back to have it looked at again.

I had 2001/2002 used vw beetle and the person I bought it from didn't take very good care of it. Pignataro did all the service on it after I bought it(not from them). They were excellent. They even went an extra mile for me when I needed it to be smog checked. They don't do that service themselves, but they took it to be checked paid for it upfront and then I paid them when I picked up the car. I had various service agents and all of them are top-notch.

I didn't know they worked on VW AND Audi. I was told by a friend that they have a few really good Audi techs there so I went to try them out. I was provided with an accurate estimate, a free inspection and there were no surprises afterwords. Also had a detail performed. I talked with Stefan and he made me feel very good about the value of the services.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT PIGNATARO IS EXCELLENT. NOT ONLY DO THEY OFFER LOANER CARS, BUT ALSO HAVE A SPACE WITHIN THEIR FACILITY FOR YOU TO WAIT, INCLUDING T.V. AND THE OFFER OF FREE BEVERAGES. THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTION AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE.
