 + -1 moreHe arrived exactly when he said he would to do the estimate. He provided us with a written estimate the same day (via email). He got the work done ahead of schedule, right on budget. Very friendly, prompt, excellent communication with us. We couldn't be happier. The Shop turned out great. Would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone and would certainly use this company again.
Description of Work: He installed our 30'x14'x12.5' pre-fabricated metal shop on our concrete pad for us.

Description of Work: PCH is the primary contractor for building our 2nd home. Dave and Arron,have been excellent to work with. 30 plus years of experience has been absolutely necessary. Narrow lot, water front, steep grade, difficult neighbor, this has been a challenging site but, PCH has help me through it all and has been very helpful making decisions throughout the process. We spent a lot of time upfront understanding costs and possible challenges to put together a realistic cost estimate. Now that we are 50% complete we are pretty close to plan. We still have a long ways to go, but with PCH I am sure that this will be a wonderful house that we will be very proud of.

 + -1 moreDave was on site to check job regularly and helped solve problems over the phone. He also introduced his contacts and helped me compare bids and choose contractors. Cost estimates, job specifications to be provided to banks could not be completed without his help.
Description of Work: I was acting as my own general contractor to build my own home. I hired Peterson Custom Homes to be my consultant to guide me through the whole process and to ensure all jobs met quality standard.
