It was reasonable and they're very good. they did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

He sent a preview of the design which immediately made him our choice for landscaping. His crew was very efficient, on time and on budget. The end project looked just like the preview picture or better. It is now the focal point in our back yard.

Turf arrived before I knew the job was being started that day.  Old sod was removed along with a lot of top soil & disposed of.  Area was left not level.  Turf was laid down later that day & part of the next. At least one pallet of turf was not used and it was disposed of by the crew without checking to see if I wanted it, thereby letting me pay for it twice the initial cost & the disposal cost.. I was charged for 5 pallets when only 4 were delivered per my own pictures. I really could have put that extra turf to good use.  I was told to keep the new area damp by watering for at least an 1/2 -1 hour daily for two weeks and the owner would be out again soon to check on the installation.  I have yet to notice that he has come by to check on the install.  

By late Summer/early Fall I was noticing weed problems and dying turf, as areas where topsoil was removed left basically sand (I live on a hill & we grow sand & rocks really well) & some water pooling due to the lumps- uneven areas.  I have had to do extensive weed control and will have to reseed & lay in some top soil when the weather turns nicer for about 1/5 of the area.  Right now this area is very soggy.

The workers were very pleasant & I tried to make it comfortable for them in the heat by supplying cold beverages & cookies. 

The work was good except one issue and it wouldn't be fair to focus on that given the majority of the work was good.

My garden is in much better shape than before and plants and lawn seem healthy now. Other than that they have been pretty much in the background. One incident that happened was a stone that jumped from the lawn through the mower and broke a windows. They informed me immediately and take care of it very quickly.

Yard clean-up plus an enormous job of cutting back ivy from around my back yard and house...mostly up a full flight of stairs. Two men worked 6 hours nonstop. Hauled everything to their truck and left everything pristine. I had to call twice to the boss before he responded, but he was knowledgeable and professional; he certainly knew his business.

I used Angie's List to find new maintenance and initial cleanup because my old provider stopped showing up.  The old company kept billing me,but they wouldn't show up unless I called and then only once. I had to canceland my yard was a huge mess by the time I cancelled.
Perfect touch came out and gave me an estimate after reviewing the current state of my lawn (front and back).  They offered solutions and gave me a quote.
They did everything that they said that they would do, and even called to ensure I was satisfied before the final billing.
I was very satisfied with their professionalism and the work that was done.  They continue to do on-going maintenance for me.

They accomplished the work before the agreed upon time frame. I came home and the work had been done; a pleasant surprise.  The cost reflects hand weeding which is more intensive work and a $70.00 discount via an Angie's List Coupon. I appreciated the time Alexander spent explaining what his crew would perform and how. He even followed up after the work was complete to see if their work had meet with my satisfaction. The crew took good care of my property. I can now take over yard care on my new home without being overwhelmed by weeds.

I have done business with Perfect Touch on a couple of other occasions and have always been delighted with their work. Booking this job was very easy - Alexander called me back right away and came out promptly to review the work and provide a quote (which was quite reasonable especially considering the very high quality of work they do).  Along with the quote, he gave me lots of great advice on steps I could take to make my landscaping even better.   His standards for excellence are the same as mine which I really appreciate.
The crew arrived when promised and worked very systematically and carefully with each step to be completed.  They worked extremely hard throughout a very long day and were friendly and accommodating throughout the process.  Miguel is a master with the pruner on the ornamental trees!
They worked a very long day and then came back the next day (Saturday) for a short time to finish up and make sure everything was perfect.  I really appreciate their work and the attention to detail.  Another great experience.

I've called and e-mailed this spring to get help with pruning, mulch, etc.   I have gotten no response whatsoever despite the fact that I'm a repeat customer.   Not sure why this has occurred but it has definitely affected my opinion of the company.

Alexander and his crew showed up on schedule to update some long overlooked landscaping.  Alexander explained what he thought needed to be done, and since we are not exactly green thumbs, we pretty much went with all that he suggested.  The crew got started and we left town for the night and came back to find the work completed and the result was far beyond what we expected.  Our only regret is that we didn't do something like this much sooner.  We've received compliments from neighbors and one asked if we were getting ready to list the place for sale.  All the shrubs were trimmed up and pruned down in some cases, the new expanded beds were trimmed up perfectly and the new plants are a big improvement to what was removed.  Bottom line is that we got a whole new look at what we considered to be a very fair price and will have Perfect Touch back again when it's time for a trim.

What a great experience!  This is the second time we have used Perfect Touch for our larger landscaping needs.  We made an appointment, they came out at the time promised, gave us and estimate and scheduled all of our work in about 10 days.  Everything was done to perfection.  The yard looks sharp!!  Thanks!!!

The job couldn't have gone better.  Communication was good prior to arrival and work was performed on a Saturday which was above and beyond in my book.  I wasn't expecting mowing given how wet the grass was, but it was a concern of mine because it had been neglected for quite some time.  Perfect touch not only mowed the grass I watched them fluff it up by hand and mow it again.  Amazing.  The hard surfaces have never looked as clean and sharp as they do now, the shaping of ornamental shrubs, bed clean up, edging, everything was done to perfection as though they were working on their own property.  They take pride in their work and it shows. Honestly I couldn't be happier, they were able to accomplish in a day (a fairly dreary one all things considered) what other providers have taken weeks to do.  They were efficient, professional, clean and every action was deliberate and coordinated not a lot of going over the same area multiple times because one job fouled a previous one, etc.

Alexander was very prompt to return my call.  We talked for about 30 minutes going over what I wanted done and suggestions he had.  I called him back a few days later and asked him to come to the site and give us an estimate.  He showed up promptly.  While onsite he offered many good suggestions.  He and his crew showed up 4 days earlier then planned and had all the work done before the original planned start date.  He and his crew worked very long and hard days.  They were very professional.  They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.  
I am a very satisfied customer and will do business with them in the future.

Their pricing is in line with everybody else.  The guy that they sent was really, really nice.  He did an exceptional work.  Everything done by him was good.  This company takes a lot of pride in what they do.

Things are going awesome with them.

The initial contract was for trimming and general cleanup of old plants, but we contracted for a labor job when Alexander designed a designed a new landscaping plan for the front yard.We are very happy with the final result.
