I hired these guys to come by every 2 weeks. I paid for the 1st trip ahead of time, they did not show up. I called, they said they would be out in 2 weeks. They did not show up. I waited until 2 days before the next window, called them, said they would be out in 2 days, they did not show up. I requested a refund, they never called or sent my payment back. To top it off, I used Angie's List to request some new quotes, and guess who called? Yep, PNLC, LLC. Needless to say I won't be calling them except to get my money back.
