Joe was amazing! I have had my carpets cleaned over the years, but never as thoroughly and as well as Joe did. He takes pride in his work in a way that is often not seen these days. After eight years in this home Joe made our carpets look like brand new. My only regret is that I am moving out of state and won’t have access to the best carpet cleaner you could possibly hire in the Snohomish county area.

When I read about Joe and his business before deciding to contact him, I was particularly impressed when he described himself as being hard working. That is a very rare commodity in this day and age. Joe is the best carpet cleaner around. There have been a few times I needed him same day because of an emergency and each time he fit me in within a couple hours. Each time I didn't know if the carpet would ever be clean again but each time, when Joe was finished cleaning, the carpet absolutely looked brand new. Joe did an excellent job on our entire home. He took almost 8 hours to clean up after our two dogs and shampoo the carpets, removing all but one permanent stain that was here when we moved in. Our carpets were beautiful when he finished and the entire house smelled fresh and clean. We would definitely have him come again, when the carpets need shampooing next time.
