The estimate and installation occurred when I wasn't home. Only had a two week wait from my initial call, sooner than I expected. Phone communication could have been better. There were a couple of delays in getting calls returned. Because of exterior painting, I had removed most of the old vinyl gutters already. They removed the remaining old downspouts, but didn't haul the old gutters and downspouts. I had assumed removal and haul was included in the price. The company later said it wasn't, but I didn't think that was made clear on the bid. A good lesson for me when getting future estimates. Luckily, I was able to get rid of my old vinyl gutters by putting them out by the street with a free sign. But overall, I'm happy with the job, and the final price came in under the estimate.
