They did not show up on time, they missed quite a few areas, I was not happy with the work they did and they did not finish before a large event was to take place at the house.

Little rough on my roof said that they will come back and replace a tile, but never did. I called and said they would be out, and they never did.

Troy did an air tune of roof and gutters, including the roof of the deck. Applied a moss treatment to the roof to control moss. Did a good job.

Troy was very prompt and friendly with estimate, which included roof cleaning/treatment, small repair of one loose gutter, and replacement of up to 15 shakes. On scheduled date, the workers were friendly and on time. However, upon completion, they let me know that within a year or two, I would need 3-6 bundles of shake replaced ($140/each)- but they only replaced 5 individual shakes (out of the "up to 15" included in the estimate) themselves! They did not offer to replace any additional shakes prior to their completion of the job (i.e. equipment all loaded back in van), and more importantly, prior to the treatment of the roof. The treatment causes a gradual lightening of the roof from dark brown to a silver color, so now any shakes that are replaced later (i.e. next year) will not match at all.

Within a week of calling to set up an appointment for a free estimate. Troy came out and provided two options based on the degree of moss and debris on our roof. One option was water pressure washing, which was a little more aggressive then the air cleaning we wanted. The second option was a two-step air cleaning process. Both options were the same price. We chose the two-step air cleaning. The team of worker that provided the service were prompt, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was a bit of miscommunication with the "office" so they didn't have all the supplies needed to repair a downspout so they ended up making three trips. First to apply the environmentally-friendly moss killer, then to come and repair the downspout, and finally to air clean off the debris. Although there was an bit of inconvenience due to the miscommunication, the company and employees were professional and made good on their contract. Our roof looks great! Now to keep it that way.

They did a great job. They even removed all the pigeon poop from the window sills. They pressure washed our porch deck, which was above and beyond. The guy doing the work was thorough and cheerful. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but their work was excellent.

Other roof cleaning companies had turned down the job because our house is so tall (3 stories, on a hill). The quote they gave was a little higher than others we got. They had two different options for roof cleaning and treatment, this one is guaranteed against moss grow back for 2 years. They cleaned up most debris but there were little bits of icky moss in our lawn. Not a big problem, they were gone at the next mowing.

Returned call promptly, provided estimate and performed work as promised.

Awesome transformation of my thin shake roof from what inspector said would need to be completely replaced within a year to be like new! Representatives are prompt, courteous and professional. When I called four months after the initial service to report some ''missed spots'' (probably wind drift), my claim was acknowledged without fuss, and a ''warranty'' re-treatment scheduled for the next dry weather day.

IN ORDER TO PROTECT OUR COMPOSITION SHINGLE ROOF, I SIGNED THE BID FOR PRESSURE WASHING USING AIR RATHER THAN WATER. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY ALSO USED A RIGID METAL RAKE TO REMOVE THE MOSS. I FELT THEY WERE NOT GENTLE ENOUGH WITH THE ROOF.

THEY WERE TIMELY AND WERE VERY ACCURATE WITH THEIR ESTIMATE. THE ROOF LOOKS WONDERFUL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BUT NEXT TIME I WOULD ASK THEM TO DO A BETTER JOB OF CLEANING UP THE MOSS DEBRIS.

PROMPT RESPONSE FOR ESTIMATE. WORK DONE TO SPECIFICATIONS OF ESTIMATE. PLEASANT MANNER AND ABOVE AND BEYOND WORK IN TRIMMING BRANCHES OVERHANGING THE ROOF. INCLUDED PRESSURE WASHING THE CHIMNEY UNDER THE SAME ESTIMATE.

MOSS DOCTOR DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD, ON-TIME, AND WITHIN BUDGET. KEPT ME UP-TO-DATE ON CONDITION OF ROOF, AND EXPLAINED WHY AIR CLEANING IS MUCH BETTER THAN HIGH PRESSURE WATER.
