Kylie, Monica’s associate did a great job with the project. She made sure that my bathrooms and kitchen was up to our standards and went over the 4hours discussed without additional fee! She was very thorough and took her time. As for Monica, she provided me with the service the same day I called. She made sure to accommodate my needs to have the house cleaned. She charges fairly and offers different types of discounts. Communication was constant to make sure everything was getting done right. I am lucky i found and met Monica and Kylie. I highly recommend them for any type of your house cleaning needs.

Monica and her assistant did an amazing job cleaning my mother’s apartment when she moved out after nearly 20 years of living there. They wee very detail oriented and were able to make the place look and smell great. We would definitely hire again and are hoping to work with her on regular cleaning for the new place.

Monica has been cleaning my house for a couple of months now. Not only does she always contact me ahead of time to make sure we’re both on the same page for cleaning times and to check if I have any special requests, she is always prompt, professional, and courteous. I have five (I know) dogs so cleaning my house is a big job, and she tackles it every other week and leaves my house crystal clean. While the dogs are always out of her way, she does interact with them and has even left treats for them. Since they are part of the family, having someone in my house who cares about them is very important to me. I would highly recommend Monica to anyone.

Overall, it was great and Monica was excellent. Upon initial review, everything was done excellent, but once I had time to walk through, I noticed where they missed vacuuming certain areas that were already mopped and cleaned as well as wiping the side of all appliances. The faces were done, but exposed sides were not. To my expectations, this was a let down.

Well for one, I enjoy having Monica in my home greatly. I hired her 6 months ago and she’s been coming every month since. Monica does great with my 4 cats and vacuums up the cat hair thats all over the house, she’s extremely detail oriented and that’s what I love the most. She always gets my doors, cupboards, and wipes down my baseboards. I’m definitely going to have her working with me for a while! Thank you Monica!!
