MERRY MAIDS

I called the office back after sending the two teens away.  This time, i spoke to the "new office manager" who sounded apologetic and offered to have "more mature" people come out at 9 AM the next day.  Again, I repeated all of my needs/concerns to the OM.  These two ladies were maybe 20, but arrived on time, ready to do the garage.  Despite having been told on the phone the day before when I scheduled that I would have them all day until the job was done, I was informed by them that they had another job at noon.  I got them for 3 hrs, the job is still unfinished and I have a pile of refuse and now, wet, paper boxes that are sitting in the front of my house for the holidays.  
To say I'm p***** wouldn't even cover it.
And of course, calling the office back resulted in no one answering the phone or returning my message.

Great...very thorough, nothing was left untouched. Very efficient. A little on the spendy side, but worth it for a deep cleaning once in awhile.

WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS ONE TIME, THROUGH SERVICE. A LITTLE MORE THAN I WAS HOPING TO PAY - BUT FELT LIKE IT WAS OK FOR A ONE TIME THING. MIGHT NOT DO IT VERY OFTEN AT THIS PRICE.

WE HIRED THIS COMPANY ONLY TWICE. THE FIRST TIME THE SERVICE WAS GREAT! THE HOUSE WAS SO CLEAN! THEY DEEP CLEANED THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AND IT WAS AWESOME. THE SECOND TIME THEY DEEP CLEANED THE HALL AND THE STAIRS. I COULD FIND NO EVIDENCE OF ANY ADDITIONAL CLEANING BEYOND WHAT WAS DONE THE TIME BEFORE. THEY OFFERED TO COME FIX IT IF I MADE A LIST. I DIDN'T WANT TO BOTHER WITH IT. RATING IS BASED ON THE SECOND TIME NOT THE FIRST. I WAS VERY HAPPY THE FIRST TIME.

THE CLEANING SERVICE SCRUBBED THE BATH TUB, SINKS, TOILETS VERY WELL. THE DUSTING WAS NOT AS THOROUGH AS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED/ THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE VACUUMING.
