L&L Landscaping

I hired this business to pull weeds in my gravel areas and gut a small area of grass.  The business owner came to my house to giv e me a quote.  He said it would be $300 because it would take 2 guys 8 hours.  They arrived the next day, one guy worked for about an hour as the owner sat and smoked cigarettes.  The job was not done well.  In my oppinion it the yard was left looking messy.  He assured me when they return for twice monthly maintenece it would be better becaus the grass would not be as long.  I was told the twice monthly would be on Saturday.  It's nearly a month later and they have not been back to take care of the maintence.  I called him 3 times, each time he said he would be there to cut the grass.  It was not done.
