KEVIN COLE CONSTRUCTION

We exchanged several phone calls over the course of a few months, it took a while to hammer down a time to have Kevin give me an estimate, and then more to schedule a time to do the work, but he did agree to come in after Thanksgiving. Once he agreed, and I confirmed the date he showed up promptly, even after the Thanksgiving snowstorm. He came in Thursday, Friday, and even on Saturday to get it done. I would say that Kevin is in high demand, for a good reason, however one needs to be patient and persistent to get him scheduled. However, I would use him again for anything that doesn't need to be done right away.

This was the easiest transaction pertaining to owning a first house yet. Mr. Cole gave us a quote, and admitted he wasn't going to be able to work on the project for a month or so due to other work. Not a problem for us. He called a couple days before he came out, we left keys so he could get to an outlet, he replaced the post, called to confirm it was done, and left a bill. I don't know much about home repair, but the floor is much more solid now than it was before, and that's all I ask.

I DO SOME HOME REPAIRS BUT I FELT THAT THIS CARPENTRY WORK WAS ABOVE MY SKILL LEVEL. A FRIEND RECOMMENDED KEVIN COLE TO ME AS A QUALITY CONTRACTOR. KEVIN SHOWED UP ON TIME OFFERED ME A VERY COMPETITIVE QUOTE FOR THE WORK AND WAS COMPLETE IN THE MORNING. KEVIN ARRIVED DRESSING NEATLY, SPEAKING PROFESSIONALLY, AND WHEN HE LEFT THE WORKSITE WAS SPOTLESS AND ALL DEBRIS WAS GONE. I DEMAND A HIGH QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP AND THAT IS WHAT I GOT. IT'S A REAL TREAT TO HIRE A REMODELER WHO FILLS ALL OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
