The owner of Kelley's is a nice, honest, hard working guy. However, his communication skills were seriously lacking. If it hadn't been for his office manager, I wouldn't have known what was going on with my project at all. People would not show up at my house to work on part of my project when I was told they would and no one would call me to tell me. The subcontractor who laid my new floorcovering was terrible. His work was not done properly and the new floorcovering had to be removed and replaced with more new floorcovering. The same subcontractor re-laid the new floorcovering. The toilet had to be removed to lay the new floorcovering in the bathroom. When the subcontractor put the toilet back in place it leaked. An actual plumber was sent out to fix that. Kelley's had to then come to my house to clean up the mess left by the subcontractor. Flooring glue was splattered on my wall and bathtub. The floorcovering team used my toilet while they were at my house, which was OK. But they left it in a disgusting mess. They also left trash in my bushes outside my door. Then I discovered puckers in the floorcovering and a seam in the vinyl where the pattern match is slightly off. By that time I'd had enough and didn't call anyone to come back. I would not recommend this company.

They were very professional and did great work. They were honest and gave me a much more reasonable price than the national franchise my insurance company recommended.

They were amazing and did a great job. They are very reliable and perform a wonderful job. They are very careful about the furniture and everything else which may be in their way. I have referred to them to others a lot of times.

THEY ARE VERY EXCELLENT. HE KNOWS HIS JOB. IT IS A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS AND THEY TAKE THEIR TIME. THEY DO NOT JUST BLAZE THROUGH THE JOB. THEY WERE HERE OVER FIVE HOURS, FOR THE JOB.

THEY CLEANED MY WHOLE HOUSE, WHICH IS A LOT OF ROOMS. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND I'VE USED THEM BEFORE. THEY DIDN'T MAKE A MESS OR LEAVE ME ANY PROBLEMS. THEY DID IT IN ABOUT 3 OR 4 HOURS.
