Fantastic! The team was very thorough and removed every bit of debris. I've had other services just spray out the debris and then I'm left with a mess on my deck and windows, but they cleaned up everything and scrubbed the outside of the gutters! Very happy, would hire again.

The crew did a very good job. It required most all day. They protected my plants and my pool and without being asked, pruned away some of the rhodies that were responsible for lots of moss in one spot. They also replaced 25 broken tiles, again without being asked. Their cleanup was excellent. I am a very tough client as other reviews here and elsewhere can attest. I absolutely recommend Jose and his professional crew.

Jose was easy to community with, showed up on time, treated our roof with a moss retardant after cleaning it, cleaned up afterwards, and provided before and after pictures. The initial quote process, arranging a time for the job, the quality of the work and the cleanup were all excellent. It went really well. The weather didn't want to cooperate with us in the morning, but the crew came out later that day to get the job done. The roof was cleaned and received a moss treatment and the cleanup was amazing. The crew even racked up the leaves on my lawn with the debris from the roof and hauled it away. All my neighbors were very impressed.

As you can imagine, this time of year these men are extremely busy, and we had to wait roughly 3 weeks from the time of bid to completion of job, but this NOT a complaint! This was the first time this metal alloy roof was cleaned since it’s installation over 20 years ago. So there was some extra elbow grease required to get the algae off. It looks just like the day it was installed. They did a beautiful job, and not a scrap of material was left behind. Their clean up was immaculate! It was nice to be able to give the work to a local company! I will definitely use these gentlemen in the future!

This is an excellent company. They were on time, polite, and professional. The price was great. My roof is spotless. they even fixed a loose shingle. They did it dry, so there wasn't water everywhere. Most of all, they left the grounds spotless. I love a vendor I don't have to cleanup after.

I am beyond impressed by the quality of work done by J & J. It is increasingly difficult these days to find people that take pride in their work, but I found it here. Jose is knowledgeable about the proper method for cedar shake roof cleaning, and I feel confident that his method will prolong its life. They also cleaned the top of my sunroom better than I could ever remember. And they very carefully put tarps down to collect debris and left all areas raked cleaner than they were before. I will only call J & J from now on!

Jose comes once a year, sometimes twice. Mainly he cleans the roof and gutters. he and his crew clean up all the debris on the ground better than a landscaper would do. He also does handy man carpentry like building a ramp to our shed and replacing some rotten boards. Very nice and professional fellow.
