I had a time-sensitive need for this work to get done. I had reached out to two other providers and they were either unavailable or my call went unanswered.

Jim had another job in the area that he was working on and asked me to call him on 12/23. I called him on 12/23 and we met at the jobsite. He agreed that he could do the work and could start on 12/31.

He came on 12/31 and we walked through the details/specifications of the work. There were a couple instances where I didn't understand something and Jim was patient, took his time walking me through it. He wanted to be sure that I understood what was going to happen -- he didn't want there to be any surprises. He offered several suggestions for alternative ways to perform the work, including giving me several different levels of pricing. I selected a mid-point price method of accomplishing what was to be done and Jim worked all that day until the work was completed. We then tested the wiring ensuring that all was working correctly.

He offered to come by on 1/2 to provide me with custom-cut wire for the internet and phone jacks he had installed and he showed up when promised.

Jim was very professional and also very personable. I just plain enjoyed working with him.

It was a relatively easy repair, so it didn't take much time (no more than 40 minutes). No issues!

Jim spent a lot of time on the job because our roof line made it difficult. He put extra effort in to the work to make sure it looked good. Much appreciated!

From start to finish, this was an awesome experience!Jim came out for an estimate, and gave me some advice on (size) ceiling fans I wanted to install. He was prompt- the quality of work was OUTSTANDING!! He was extremely clean and left NOTHING for me to clean up.The drywall work is flawless. You would never know he had done anything. I had 2 ceiling fans installed, and could not be happier. My neighbors were so impressed they had him install ceiling fans for them too! We will both use him again. Jim is a great guy and does the best quality work. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any job. I look forward to working with him again. Thanks Jim!!!

Jim returned my phone call withina few minutes and came to the house within a day or so. Very pleasant to work with and I have full confidence in his work.

First needed to create hole in wall to install electric and then hole in ceiling to fish out CAT-5 cable from the ceiling. Bill connected everything, tested everything, and got it all up and running. I love attenna and see no need for cable, and it's hard to find someone who can work proficiently with antenna. Bill understood the entire process and I felt he knew the best way to get it up and running.

Bill also helped provide a contact for the sheetrock repair.

We were extremely satisfied with the work on our house. Jim and his crew performed a great deal of work on our kitchen and bathroom. Extensive demo, electrical, cable, plumbing, tiles and concrete.

Very good. Jim printed options, helped me. Think them they performed the taste and cleaned up.

I found this contractor on Angie's List and called him to do cable outlets in my home. He did and they work fine. He didn't clean up his mess - which wasn't that big of a deal. He took a look around my house and offered his services for any other home repairs I might need. I asked him about fixing a drywall problem in my living room. He sent over another guy and he did a wonderful job. I asked him about installing baseboards and he said that he would be willing to do that and stated what his fee would be. When I called him a couple of weeks later to set up an appointment, he had doubled the fee. When I balked at that he said he would call me back the next day. He never called nor did he answer my messages.

It went very well. He came on time and finished the work within a hour. Jim has done a number of electrical services over the five years we have owned our house. He's great to work with and flexible about his prices. He won't charge you a "trip" fee and will give an honest estimate based on the job. He also has extensive work experience w/ tv cabling and stereo wiring. He has an easy going personality.

Their communication, work, and pricing were all excellent. They finished the work in a timely manner. I found them to be very friendly and clean. I like how cost effective they were.

I called J & J Cable because the Comcast guy said I needed to install a new cable to connect my kitchen TV, which had been working well before they installed the cable box to make it receive digital signals. Our cable wire goes through a wall and an attic and Comcast does not install in those areas. Jim Morrison came out the day after I called them and got the signal going by putting a little cable out of the house to underneath the deck, where other cables ran. Comcast returned the next day and the service man said Comcast would pay for the service because the first Comcast guy was wrong in his evaluation of the problem. I have yet to see the refund, but I am hoping... Jim worked over an hour on the job, testing the cables, TV, etc. After they arrived, I found out that they also do remodeling and electrical work.

Jim was great! Very friendly and professional, despite the small job we had him do. And the price couldn't be beat! He's now my go-to guy for all of my cable needs!
