I was very pleased with the way I was treated. No pressure. Captain, the salesman who worked with me was very pleasant and took pains to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased. The finance staff were very easy to work with.

They are very helpful.  Good service, no rushing or high pressure sales.

They did an oil change and an inspection to make sure things are going well. They are so speedy, they get you in, get you out. And their waiting area is so comfortable. There's drinks, you can have tea or cocoa or water. There's a variety of things and some little snacks there. Very nice.

I have purchased 3 cars from them 2 brand new and my 2012 last week NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

This was so fast and easy. Everyone was very nice and they even got me a cup of coffee. I found the parts for half of what they quoted, and since they told me if I can find them for less to bring them on in-that is what I am going to do. I will update this when it is all done. So far very impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness.

I purchased my vehicle new through Everett Hyundai several years ago and have been a loyal customer and satisfied with their service until I scheduled a major service with them and was quoted nearly $875 before tax. When I discussed this with some family and friends, I was informed I am being way overcharged. So I came to Angies List and called other places for quotes and discovered that I can have the same work done for more than $500 less. I thoroughly checked out exactly what would be done. Yes, Everett Hyundai provides free rental car and other shops do not, but doesn't justify the $500 difference.

I've been going to Hyundai Everett since 2003 and have had great service. If I had written this review a year or two ago, I would have complained that they had no service on Saturdays. But now they do!
Before I leave, the Service folks always ask if everything is to my satisfaction. And it is. I could probably find a place that charged less for service, but I like the service I get at Huyndai Everett.

I was very pleased to receive a free car wash from Hyundai of Everett. I received excellent customer service and the Job was done very satisfactory.

The representative was very professional and friendly. the service was done quickly and very thoroughly.

Provided me a scheduled appointment on a Saturday. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Good customer service. Reasonably priced with the Hyundai license plate. Great waiting area, with comfortable seats, television, free coffee/lattes and snacks.

Thought you all should know - I bought my son a new 2011 Elantra in September 2011 but the Hyundai dealership did not bother to tell us then that they are no longer equipping these cars with spare tires!
My son and I discovered this yesterday when we were looking at a small tear in a tire's sidewall - we thought we'd put on the spare so he didn't experience a blowout. But all that was in the trunk was a feeble little electric pump that would be powered by the car's cigarette lighter, and a container of some sort of anti-leak gunk that we would put into the tire as we were pumping it up.
Of course, none of this would be any good if the tire's sidewall burst.
I was told today that the reason they don't equip the car with a spare (not even one of those dinky-tires) is to boost mileage. But they DIDN'T tell us this when we bought the car.
FYI - The and quot;spare tire kitand quot; goes for $300. Watch out when you buy a Hyundai!
