Interior Design and Decorating
I SAY INITIALLY THEY ARE A SMALLER COMPANY. THERE ARE TWO PEOPLE THAT RUN THE BUSINESS. IT'S HARDER TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULES. I SAY THEY HAVE OUTSTANDING TASTE, AND ARE ABLE TO PIECE THINGS TOGETHER VERY WELL. WHAT IS CHALLENGING FOR ME WAS THAT THEY MANEUVERED THINGS AND WENT OVER MY BUDGET. THEY WERE VERY ALOOF ABOUT HOW THEY BUILT THINGS INTO THE BILL. THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD AT KEEPING THE CUSTOMER INFORMED. THEY SHOULD BE MORE CLEAR UP FRONT ON HOW MANY HOURS THEY PROJECT IN DOING THE WORK, AND THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE THAT UP FRONT.
