Bruce made sure I was on top of the needed paperwork even if I was lacking in a great response time for time sensitive material. Bruce and Beverly helped us understand the ins and outs of my VA loan. There were some particulars to my specific loan that potentially set it aside of a standard VA loan. Extremely well. I worked with a number of people at guild because I got my original loan through them, and then when rates went down they competed with two other banks to keep my refinance. The other banks did not come close to matching their total cost, and one of them couldn't match their rate. The refinance went very smoothly, and 8 months later when I needed copies of all the documents, Rene Scott compiled and scanned them to me (5 different documents-over 40 pages) within 10 minutes of me emailing the request. Exceptional service.
