Gregory and Dimitri were very pleasant to work with, showed up on time every day, and were conscientious about making sure our carpet was protected. They cleaned up each day before leaving, and did a thorough cleanup of all work areas when the job was finished. We are very pleased with the workmanship on the tile installation. When we found one small problem on the last day, Gregory repaired it with no argument. He seemed genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the work. When unforeseen glitches came up, Gregory easily dealt with them without getting ruffled. It turned out we needed a carpenter to remove and plane a pocket door, and he recommended someone who was able to come quickly and work for a reasonable price. He was willing to pick up tiles I had ordered but was unable to bring home myself, and went with me to the tile store when we ran short and helped me pick out some additional materials. Overall we're very pleased and would definitely hire again.
