At our core, we are a relationship-driven company. We know that our customers have high expectations of us and we strive never to take our customers for granted. Over the years, we have enjoyed an outstanding amount of repeat business from our clients as we endeavor to make them customers for life. Go Green is a local, family owned & operated business based out of the Mill Creek area. We have been servicing Snohomish & King County for the last many years, with one of the best reputations in town. At Go Green, we use a POWERFUL Van Mounted Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) with 220+ degree heat and one of the biggest vacuum systems in the industry that extracts over 90% of the moisture. We also use a Fresh Water Rinse to ensure no residue or soil is left behind. With EVERY cleaning we use a Powerful Air Movers to help dry the carpet or upholstery, so some carpets may actually be dry by the time we leave.

This is the third time I have used Go Green. They do a fantastic job! They are always on time, friendly, and professional. The cleaning leaves a faint fresh smell. We have a very difficult townhouse to get cars and trucks into and out of, and each time they say and quot;no big dealand quot; when I remind them that getting vans in and out takes extra time. I have small children and they are also very friendly when the kids are interested in what's going on or want to ask questions. Every stain in my carpet was successfully removed (mostly dirt and food). The 30 day guarantee came in handy when my son puked several weeks after the carpets were cleaned. Brent fit us in and was so kind about it. I will of course use them in the future and continue to recommend them to everyone that asks me who I use.

This is the second time I've used this company, and both times have been really impressed with the quality of their work and overall experience. Not only did they arrive on time, but when I asked how long it would take them, they provided an estimate to which they stuck completely. With the exception of 2-3 spots that Brent forewarned would be very difficult to remove, every spot came out. These spots now appear much lighter. The carpet looks brand new!
Brent nicely started with our main living space so that would be dry by the time they were finished, and it was!
I highly recommend this company. If I could give A+ ratings I would! I have referred others who have been equally impressed. Brent knows how to identify with and make his customers happy, and the high level of genuine customer service shines through with incredible results as well.

Brent called ahead to let me know that he was able to arrive early. He explained the process, put down drop cloths to protect the floor, and used an environmentally friendly cleaner on the rugs and upholstery. He dried everthing thoroughly before he left, and his manner was professional and courteous. I would hire this company again and recommend them without hesitation.

The owner, Brent, was very pleasant to deal with and took care of the job promptly. I think he did a good job. Once we moved into the house I realized that the basement occasionally smelled like cat pee, and it drove me crazy. I realize that cat urine can be impossible to eradicate from carpeting, but in desperation I called Brent to ask him if there was anything else he could do with enzymes, etc. I would have been happy to pay more to have him come back, but he came back, did his thing, and didn't charge us any more. The basement doesn't smell any more (or maybe I'm just used to it) and I really feel like this company came through for us.

Owner (Brent Dill) performed the job. Perfect technical knowledge on all aspects of carpet cleaning. He uses the most efficient / professional tools to do the job. He was such an extreme hardworker - never missed any detail. Very punctual timing. Very honest individual, with high level of professionalism. One very often can see tradesmen trying to fake honesty and/or professionalism. You know that they can't. Brent was one of those rare individuals who gains your confidence right away. Results was spectacular. Carpet looked (and remained days after) like brand new. It's his own company. So you won't be paying unnecessary overhead of a larger company. Extremely reasonable pricing. The provided value (price/performance ratio) is so high, that you'll be really surprised.
