Gary was very communicative throughout his quoting process. He came to the house at short notice and gave a good walk through then sat down with me to talk over the project. After several calls to clarify some issues he issued a itemized quote. I felt Gary was very careful in quoting and representing what I wanted to achieve however I was not able to afford his bid and did not choose to give him the project. Gary felt we should make changes to some of my plan which I wasn't comfortable with and felt at time he didn't fully understand me as the client. Also I felt there might not be as much attention to quality and detail that I would want from a builder at that price.
