Gerardo was very nice. Was just disappointed because he gave me an estimate for soft spray. And could not do that because it was going to drop in the house. So they blew it cleaned the gutters and put miss power on it. The reason I have a low rating is it cost me 475.I thought that was high for blowing it off. Did not really want to put a negative rating.

Crews without the boss !! Difficult to communicate from time to time... Over all they did good works but can't figure out whether they did fix the leak problems.

Gerardo was great to work with. They dropped by the day I listed the project to see the place since they were in the neighborhood. They had to push many clients out by a couple of days since they lost an employee, but they came during the rescheduled days and took care of the work.

Gerardo quickly assessed the cause of a leak through our covered deck celling lights. He recommended taking off part of the roof to assess the damage and replacing the underlying plywood. The cost was reasonable and we have not had issues since.

They did such a great job cleaning roof top deck under the tiles too! Friendly, professional, and prompt. Will be my go to for annual maintenance

G&I Roofing, did a very professional job of cleaning the moss of our roof. They clean the gutters and the remains from the roof. We were very happy with their service.

Out of several bids, I chose G & I Roofing Solutions as the scope of project was presented in a professional, honest and practical format. They showed pictures of worn and damaged areas, provided samples/color pallets that would work well with our HOA requirements. The crew maintained impeccable work ethics, always on time each scheduled day and as estimated, project was completed on time. They maintained a meticulous clean up detail around the property, and were very flexible when scheduling final walk-through. The areal views taken with a drone, revealed a work of art, a beautifully completed brand new roof!!
