The technician arrived fairly quickly and completed the repair in a timely fashion.  The work performed was satisfactory.  The issue I have is with the billing.  The price we were quoted over the phone was $365 but when we received the bill it was for almost double that, $649, $285 OVER the initial price quote.  This has been a recurring problem with this vendor.  We are regularly quoted one price (verbal or written) and then the final bill is usually $100-$300 MORE than the initial quote.  It's quite time consuming because I ALWAYS have to contact the vendor to review the bill.  Once I contact the company, I frequently get the runaround - 'oh, you need to talk to the billing department, then after speaking with them, they say oh, you need to speak with the service department'.  There have been times when the final bill was reduced because we had a written quote, but it's still generally at least $100 more than the original quote.  I understand that SOMETIMES there are unforeseen issues that would cause the bill to be higher than the quote, but not every single time and not by $100-$300 each time. This is not good business.  Either the vendor needs to provide more accurate quotes or honor the quotes they do provide.

Sam is AWESOME!  EXTREMELY quick to respond to all of our emails!  He arrived right on time to check out our systems and was very efficient while being thorough.  We received our price quote very quickly via email.  Sam answered all of our questions and was really helpful!  We ended up using another company with lower annual costs, but Sam had the BEST installation costs hands down!  Very nice & professional, we would not hesitate to call on FPi again!
