We were satisfied by the end result but it took a lot longer than anticipated to complete. The original estimate was for a week and it ultimately took 3 months+ to complete! I think they just underestimated the amount of work involved. Not experienced tile installers but the price was very very good - hard to beat this price! The workers were not at all punctual and were usually 3-4 hours late! It was hard to get them to dedicate their time to our job because they were juggling too many jobs at once. Workers were polite and courteous. Workers were experienced painters but not tile installers so we had to watch over them daily to make sure they were doing the job right. Warm Tiles didn't work finally which was frustrating. Bottom line - if time is not an issue and you have a lot of patience then you can get your job done by Final Touch Painting at a fraction of the money it would have cost you otherwise. I would hire them again but only for a paint job.
