They are always professional and friendly. The shop is clean and hey seem to really like working together, which makes for a pleasant environment. Each time I come they have always been reliable, honest and trustworthy. I give them reviews on FB and I recommend them to seniors and other women. You want someone you can depend on.

My car was cutting out badly when I would step on the gas and lurch forward,sometimes very hard. Tires Tires Tires didn't have much of an idea of what was causing it so they said they were going to run some tests. Having some free time I waited, the hours started to roll by and occasionally they would say "it's taking awhile to diagnose,we are doing this the 'old school way'." I didn't really know at the time what he meant by that but later I would find out. They did a full expensive tune-up,changed all the plug wires and put in an O-2 sensor and said that should do it. All together it came to a little less than $1,000. That was a bit more than I was hoping for and wouldn't have been that bad except for the fact that when I got up the road it started cutting out again as bad as ever. I brought the car back in and left it there and a few hours later they said it could be the alternator & gave me a fairly high quote. I think they were tired of seeing my car and I had lost faith in them so I decided to go pick my car up before they closed. I got there about 15 minutes before closing and the one worker left,who I had known from the neighborhood in our youth,told me there were too many cars to move to get my car out so I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked him if there would be a storage charge and he said there would not be. When I came back the next morning to get my car the owner said there would be a $75.00 charge for overnight storage. I told him what his employee said the night before and he called him up. To my surprise he lied and said that he told me what the charge would be.                                                                                                                                                                  I ended up taking my car to another garage and in a brief time they told me I needed an ECM(engine control module),and that the cost would be around $600.00. I told them about my experience at the other place and about all the time they took and I asked if he knew what they meant about "old school" and he said they probably didn't have a newer model diagnostics computer which told him rather quickly what my car needed,he had seen this before. So basically at Tires Tires Tires I was charged for those man-hours of their futile search for the problem and for the expensive tune-up and other things that I maybe needed down the road but needed to spend my money on the problem at hand.  

I've had three different vehicles.  Fast Eddy's has worked on all of them.  They do a super job and are very honest and dependable.  I don't take my vehicles anywhere else!
