Teresa Gill, a CPA for Eastham Foster, performed the services very professionally. I met with her in their offices and provided the materials. I was notified by e-mail two weeks later that the return was completed as promised. I then reviewed the draft return in their offices and picked up my records. Teresa e-filed the return the following day and e-mailed me confirmation documentation.

We don't have any complaints about them at all. We had good experiences with them. Their cost was lower than what we had been to before. They were polite and filed our taxes on time. I would recommend them.

Theresa was great--very prompt to get back to me with questions, etc. Our taxes were prepared within days of dropping them off. Made things understandable and easy to accomplish. We will definitely be using her in the future!

For 2011 I had gains and losses from the closing of my mother's estate, which is something I've never had to deal with before. I received a 1099 from the probate attorney but I had no idea where the items went on my tax form. I also needed to file a tax return for my teenage daughter and wasn't sure how to do that to still get the child tax credit. I took my tax info in on a Saturday morning. Met with a preparer who went over all of my paperwork and asked questions. He told me my tax return would be ready in two weeks, since it was the heart of tax season. I got a call at the end of the following week that my taxes were ready, so I picked them up that Saturday. He prepared my daughter's tax return for free. I love this place and will use them again. They're open evenings and Saturdays and really worked with my schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. I brought in my tax return information, with investment income and rental housing income details, and they delivered my tax return promptly and exactly when they said it would be done.I'll be using them again next year.

We called Eastham Foster CPA's needing an accountant to prepare 4 yrs tax returns....and on a "rush" order for the purpose of needing them to be completed for purchasing a home. Not proud of the fact they hadn't been filed, but found ourselves in a predicament that required immediate assistance. We spoke with Tom Walker on a Mon or Tues evening, met with him the next day, and had our completed returns ready for filing by Friday that same week! He contacted the IRS directly by power of attorney and received all the information he needed (in a matter of hours) for figuring the returns. We received refunds for all the years filed, and Tom also made a suggestion in filing an amended return for one of the years, which would have allowed us an even larger refund. Tom told us that they always have another accountant review preparations and tax docs to assure accuracy in each others work. He offered a lot of good advice, was very knowledgeable, personable, humorous, and made us feel very comfortable in handling our affairs. We will definitely be using their services again......but one year at a time now!
