 + -1 moreGuys from Design Lines did a PERFECT job. They did listen to my needs and requirements. Asked all necessary questions to gather needed project data. Evaluated situation and recommended purchasing AutoCAD drawings rather than hardcopies of the original plans. Perfectionism is their name of the game. Nice, friendly, and expert. What else can you ask for. They recommended structural engineer and are now implementing his modifications into the plans. NOTE: They really are located in Everett (same street, just different city)
Description of Work: Existing plans of an east cost residence (6,000 sq. ft.) were to be slightly modified with provided by me changes: few room walls changed, removal of stairs, elongated garage, removed basement, additional terrace on east side of the residence, and a few more. Worked with a different architect at first and failed miserably. Design lines did the job fast, exactly as asked, and on time.
