They were quick to set up a time and come out. They ended up finding that there was just a hose disconnected under my sink so when I used my dishwasher it caused water to leak. They fixed the issue and double checked that it didn't reoccur when using the dishwasher. They basically said there wasn't really anything to "fix" so they just charged the service fee. Prompt, friendly, honest and quickly solved my problem.

The guys are very knowledgeable and are easy to work with. They arrived on time did the work and they helped us understand the particular water heater we purchased. I have used other plumbing companies in the past but this is the first company who really knows their stuff and are very upfront with the customer. I felt as though they wanted to make sure I had the right information and Dustin is great to talk with and upfront. We had never had someone who really was looking out for our best interest instead of the $$$. Would hire them again with no problem.

I had a clogged drain and they charged over $900.00 and it clogged again two weeks later. They wanted to charge another $900.00. I ended up going to hardware store and rented a snake and cleared the drain myself. I called and wanted a partial refund and they refused. Poor customer service.

Danika Plumbing sent two plumbers to my house on 1/15/2020. I wanted the tub grouting replaced at one end of the tub, and the bath tub drain stopper removed to get out possible hair build up. Danika regrouted one end of the tub and cleaned the bathtub drain at the level of the drain vent. They did not think it necessary to remove and check the drain stopper for blockage. They showed me a clump of hair they pulled out of the drain after approximately 10 minutes of roto rooting. The tub was regrouted at one end and I was told to wait 24 hours before using the bath tub. I wrote a check for $389.92. I was not given a copy of the bill, nor warranty /service guarantee information. Two days later, there was the same problem with slow draining from the tub, and the grouting had cracked, separated from the tub and had yellowed. I spoke with Danika Plumbing and they said that for all they knew, I could have poured cement down the drain. I was told that they would not return to fix the grout nor look at the plumbing issue but that I would be compensated $25.00 for the grouting. After a second call, Danika came back and finally found the hair plug at the tub line, just below the stopper. The drain line had not needed rooting after all. They did not compensate for the cracked grout, neither did they bother to fix it.

When I called about my water heater I felt like I was given honest helpful advice. No pressure no games . just a guy taking his time to really explain stuff to me. Laid out my options for me. Gave me an accurate idea of costs. Then they came out. The men were friendly and clearly new what they were doing. They were on time and They were fast ,clean and professional. The cost was as they had said it would be. I love my new water heater. I have an old house and this is the fourth plumbing company I have used in south Snohomish county. They are by far my favorite.
