The work done was okay, but too expensive.

Dustin did an excellent job repairing a broken drain line in our sewer grinder pump system. He also secured a lose connection he found when inspecting the rest of our system. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly. Best of all was available immediately, even on the weekend. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again.

Dustin was fantastic in dealing with a job that spiraled a bit in complexity, both in terms of timing (weekends, evenings) and the actual funky plumbing issues that we found underground. He's also a great salesman, and left me feeling good about the fact that I ended up spending a lot more than I wanted--not because of tacked on fees etc, but just because of issues that arose.

Arrived early, got right to work, found problem, looked for a cost effective way to fix leak in old copper pipe in wall, behind dishwasher and extending downstairs, water was coming thru ceiling downstairs. It was possible that maybe part of granite counter & some cabinets would need removal to do repairs. That would have been awful. Instead they found another method which worked. Jordan and Dustin are really speedy and do great work. Also their really nice and pleasant to have in your home. Plus I don't think their costs are out of line for the quality of work they deliver.

My experience was excellent from the scheduling to the work I had done. The two plumbers doing the work are awesome!!! Highly recommend them both. Only down side the cost, but this is no reflection to the work I received. I will use Danika again as I truly felt they all cared.

The two plumbers from Danika that replaced some things in my house we’re great. Really knowledgeable, and personable guys. The one down side is they were nearly two hours late to come and evaluate the problem, and I had to call to ask what was going on, no one called me to let me know they were running that far behind.

They did a great job but could offer any military discount and their price was a little on the high side.

They do quality work as long as they are supplying their own equipment. If you have your own equipment it negates the savings.

Dustin Alde did a really great job. My water heater broke down on a Saturday. I first called some other company, they took a long time to come, and then they wanted to charge way too much. I told them to leave, and wasted the whole day. I then decided to call Danika. The guy on the phone was very useful and could give me some clearer numbers. He had Dustin Alde come pretty quickly and on a Saturday and pretty late, like around 9PM! He was very very friendly, explained everything in detail, including info about the expansion tank, and we made a quick deal. He was so nice, he even had to give up a diner plan to work late. The only reason I gave a 4.5 was money-wise, as it still felt a bit too expensive for what I expected, but when it's an emergency and a weekend and at night, you have to do it, and it's all good. Heater is working perfectly!

Zach and Regan did a great job relocating a refrigerator cold water line, installing a double angle stop under the sink and capping the pipe at the old location. They also installed an airgap to the new sink from the dishwasher which previously drained via a Johnson gap. The work was completed quickly and expertly with explanations provided of all of the steps involved (as I was curious). Great crew, great job!

Excellent overall service from Tonia who took the initial call to Tony who got back to me almost immediately on a question I had, and of course to Jacky and Derick who did the work. I called for a quote to remove and install a water heater. Within 5 hours. we had hot water. Every encounter was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are my go to for plumbing issues.
