The tech tried to add hidden charges and got disappointed and angry when I questioned. Tech didn t tried to perform repair and instead insisted to replace.

They're the first one contacted me after I put my request on HomeAdvisor. David showed up right on time, finished the job nice and quickly. The cost is based on project, not on hours like some other plumbers do. They did have a trip charge which was not mentioned on the first phone call. But they waved it afterwards.

Did not seem to know what he was doing, finished the job but before he left the driveway the handle broke again. He came back in fixed it and charged me for a 2nd job when the first job was never completed.

The hot water heater broke the day before I left on a month long trip - I found Danika on HomeAdvisor and they came right out and took charge. There was flooding in the bedroom and dining room, laundry room sprung another leak, too. They worked in tandem with the restorers (who they recommended) and were on the spot in a matter of minutes. Their customer service was/is exceptional. I highly recommend Danika. I will certainly be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I had an outage and they were there for me; took my evening call and were even willing to do an after hours visit. The repair and replace team members were knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process to replace my hot water tank or convert to tankless. Once the decision was made they were swift and precise. Before leaving, they explained how to operate the new tank. I recommend this company.

Clarifying: Danika bid on two projects (1) replace bathtub - we deferred this for a while, due to my budget. (2) replace out of date water heater, add expansion tank, earthquake straps. I am completely pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and the efficiency with which they answered questions, both in person and over the phone.. On Sunday afternoon our kitchen sink faucet started leaking. We went to Home Depot and found the same faucet and purchased it. We asked Home Depot to recommend someone to help with installation. They recommended Danika Plumbing. I got a call Monday morning from Tony. He scheduled the installation the same day with Dan. Dan came early. He was polite, knowledgeable and he went right to work. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased. We would recommend Danika Plumbing. They may not be the least expensive; but they were thorough, clean, skilled and got right to work.
