I was highly impressed.  There was a girl Jill who took the contact information and sent a lady named Merritt who did a wonderful job as well.

They do pretty good work. The only complaint I have is that they have a turnover with their employees. You don't get the same person every time so they don't know you as well.

I was very disappointed with the work (or lack of work) completed. I spent over 2 hours cleaning my house after the housecleaner left. My request to the person who came to my house was that the priority was floors and dust. Coffee & Dining tables, Night Stands, Desks, Dining Table were not cleaned or even dusted. Dust under chair, ottoman, chest: All pieces of furniture are easily movable. Hardwoods not mopped. Soap scum in shower. Book shelves not dusted. Small throw rugs not shaken out. Dana's did give me a 2-hour credit on future work.

The house cleaner has been here twice now. Overall I am satisfied with the work. The first time she missed several things. For example, she didn't move the very light sofa to vacuum under it and didn't clean all the way to the wall when she mopped under my computer desk. She had also left some things undusted. I pointed these things out to the company rep and the next time the girl came, she did a much better job, including what she had missed the first time. The price goes down to $77 a time if you contract for biweekly cleanings, so I have done that, and we'll see how it goes. On the plus side, she puts things back where they go when she dusts and seems to find and eliminate every speck of cat hair in the house. She's very responsive to my requests for specific tasks. The place looks and smells great when I come home. She lets me know what she did and didn't have time to do and is careful with my breakables. She seems to enjoy her work and takes pride in it.

I am very pleased with the work these guys do for me because my house looks great and I love it. They work pretty fast and overall I'm very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Gina at Dana's Housekeeping-Everett, is outstanding. Even though the actual people cleaning the house may vary due to our schedule, Gina always makes sure that we are always completely satisfied as a client. We have been with Dana's for approximately a year and we will continue to use their service on a weekly basis. With two large dogs and a cat, it is wonderful to come home to a clean, hairless house once a week.

Dana's sent someone to complete and do the work the previous worker from their company had not done. The second person was sent free of charge when the first person did not do the work asked for. They also kept me informed of the proceedings with the first worker as they spoke with her about her lack of work. Second worker did a great job. Gina at Dana's was professional and supportive and offered to resolve the matter in my favor.

Outstanding! Brenda did a great job cleaning our home and I've scheduled a standing bi-weekly appointment.

The work was good, the followup from the company to see if I was satisfied was great, and the service was reliable.

The agency will find you a housecleaner for your exact day and time and any other specifications you need. I have the house cleaner do my whole kitchen and mop, clean all 4 bathrooms and mop, dust and vacuum all 3 floors each time.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY CLEANED THE WHOLE HOUSE BY WASHING THE FLOORS, DUSTING, CLEANING THE TOILETS AND WASHING THE FLOORS VERY WELL. IT WAS A GOOD JOB.
