THIS COMPANY WAS VERY CLEAN. THEY REMOVED VERY SOOTY DEBRIS FROM THE FIREPLACE, BUT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT THEY WERE THERE. WE HAD A CRACKED LOG THAT THEY MENDED UNTIL WE COULD PURCHASE NEW ONES. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF WHO SOLD US THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE MODEL THEY HAD. DID NOT SELL US BELLS AND WHISTLES THAT WOULD NOT BE USED. UTILIZED A 3RD PARTY INSTALLER WHO WAS NOT THE MOST PROFESSIONAL.
