THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND SHOWED US WHY THE FURNACE SHUT DOWN AND WHAT HAD TO BE REPLACED AND HOW TO MAINTAIN IT OURSELVES. VERY COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL.
