WHEN I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO REFINANCE OUR HOME, THEY FORWARDED ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK TO GET STARTED. THE FIRST WAS AN APPRAISAL. WE PAID FOR THIS OUT OF POCKET. AFTER THE APPRAISAL, WE WAITED AND WAITED FOR ANSWERS TO OUR LOAN. WHEN I FINALLY DID GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE, THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR WELL TO BE TESTED, WHICH WOULD COST ANOTHER $400 ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER FEES. WE CANCELLED ANY FURTHER DEALINGS WITH THIS MORTGAGE LENDER AND STATED THAT THEY SHOULD BE UP FRONT WITH PEOPLE THAT HAVE WELLS. IT WAS NOT ON ANY PAPERWORK.
