Carpet Guardians

Lance and team are incredible.  Arrived on time and completed service on time.  Super friendly.  Priced fairly (maybe even a little underpriced compared to others).  Top notch service - the only provider I will use for carpet cleaning from now on.  Provided helpful information for regular maintenance and cleaning of carpet in order to maximize life and appearance.  

We don't wear shoes in our home so clean carpets are very important to us. Because the home we just purchased wasn't new, we wanted the carpets to be cleaned before we moved in. Having used Lance and Carpet Guardians before in our previous home (he was recommended to us by our neighbors!) we knew we could count on him to do his usual excellent job and we were confident that our new home was move-in ready once he was done. It just felt clean! He's a fast worker yet thorough; his prices are reasonable and he's always pleasant and professional.  And, Lance never fails to let us know how much he truly appreciates our business. Also since we needed other home services, we asked him if he knew of businesses to recommend because we trust him that much! We highly recommend Carpet Guardians.

Carpet is something that is used everyday, and so we thought it deserved paying "retail" for a service that is done without compromise or non-apparent cutting of corners.   
Carpet Guardian does such a job.  Essentially they do to your carpet what they would do to their own carpet. 
While many business "distinct" themselves based on price for "value," the adage that you get what you paid for still holds nowadays - especially for something that is frequently used.
We had just purchased a house where the previous owners had cats.   After the thorough cleaning, the difference pre and post  was significantly felt for allergic members of our family.  
Lance was also a great resource for all that is carpet as well, from maintenance, to types, to retailers.

The cleaning went smoothly. Even with a small mechanical problem with one of the machines, they completed the job to the T. I do believe it took longer than Carpet Guardians expected, due to the condition of the carpets at the edges. They held to there quote and removed all the odors and dirt from the carpets that day.

. I operate 2 group homes for people with developmental disabilities that have assisted living licenses. Lance has cleaned the carpets in both homes for many years. He has also cleaned the carpets after bathroom floods and incontinence issues from several clients. And incontinence issues on furniture too. Lance is understanding of our clients needs and changed his schedule to get the work done in the least intrusive manner. He is professional at all times.

Two very pleasant and well groomed men arrived at exactly the appointed time, and went to work like a whirlwind of activity. Vacuumed, spot cleaned, prepared the entire carpeted areas, then cleaned. Paid particular attention to wall edges of carpet, areas soiled by pets, and traffic areas. Vacuumed up a great deal of water, then set fans throughout the area to assist with drying. Placed protection under furniture legs after cleaning. They were very careful with their equipment, as well as taking care that my cats were not allowed out of the house.
I learned of Carpet Guardians from my daughter, who raved about their work, and I have passed on raves in my referrals to others, and will continue to do so.
