We came home to a beautiful grey flagstone textured concrete patio. Jordan placed several decorative cuts through the finished patio to give it a large square pattern, and as a fortunate side effect, the cuts helped channel the rain runoff so no pooling would occur even in the heaviest downpour. He built the edges to blend seamlessly with the existing retaining walls and driveway so that it looked like it was always there.
Our yard does not have a perfect geometry due to being quite old when it was originally zoned, but Jordan was able to make some very straight lines for the placement of the fence posts. The end result was a place I call perfect!
We were so happy with his work, we hired him again to help with a new fence addition; ripping out an ugly old chain link fence and replacing with wood.
A few weeks later we called him to arrange a time to do the work. We asked that he complete the work in two phases since we wanted to have a shed installed after he prepared the site, but before he poured the concrete. He agreed to accommodate this request but wanted to be sure the entire job was finished within a week or so.
Due to weather the date the work began shifted by a couple of days, but Jordan and his crew were able to complete the first phase of the work in time for the shed installation to occur on time. As the shed was being finished, they began the second phase of work, installing the crushed rock and rebar. The concrete pour occurred a couple of days later and the job is complete and looks fantastic.
Jordan did a good job staying in communication, he and his workers were friendly and professional, the outcome was just what we wanted.
