+ -1 moreBrad works by himself on a cost plus hourly basis. He keeps at it until he gets it right, and is willing to do research about problems that he can't answer right away. He has numerous skills that are perfect for jobs that need a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, but for which you don't want to hire a dozen of contractors to do each task. He deals with the unexpected surprises (mostly unwelcome) of remodeling with patience. I highly recommend him, and would use him again. He will be painting the outside of our house this summer in addition to making numerous repairs to the outside of the house itself.
Description of Work: Brad Bjorkquist remodeled our bathroom for us, doing everything from reinforcing the floor, replacing a rotted shower stall, tiling the floor and shower (including plumbing), and painting. He installed a whirlpool tub and built a maple wood surround frame for it. He is a stickler for quality, and he did a meticulous job.
