I was visiting the Seattle area from out of town and they replaced a passenger side window after a break-in. I was a little concerned about their attention to detail when I picked up my van after the repair and saw a lot of broken glass still on the floor in the back. I asked them to vacuum it up, since I was from out of town and didn't have easy access to a vacuum. About a week after I returned home, the window started having trouble opening and closing. A week later I was not able to open the door.
Since I live 200 miles away from Everett, I took it to a local auto body shop I know is reputable. Several clips on the door panel were broken and the panel had slipped down jamming the door closed. When they finally got it open there was over an inch of broken glass inside the door and the vapor seal was crumpled up inside, obstructing the movement of the window. I called Andrew and he said he would "look into it and call me back." He never did.....I called him four different times and each time he said he would call back and then didn't. Finally he basically said it was not his problem and there was nothing he would do since I didn't bring it back to him right away. I asked him in writing for $100 of the $175 it cost me for the local repair and never heard back from him.
