Our experience with them has been very good. They pretty much kept the schedule and the job was completed to our satisfaction. There were a few glitches along the way but they were very responsive in fixing or redoing what we had agreed on. On a couple of windows the latches were coming lose from the framing; they were very responsive by coming out and replacing the whole thing within days. They were very good about coming back. Their prices were competitive because we had got 3 different bids.

I needed the windows cleaned for a party on Sunday and called Jim on Friday. He came out 40 minutes later since he had just finished up a job locally. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. I hadn't even met him before, but saw his services on Angie's list. I wasn't even expecting anyone to be able to come on such short notice. I was extrememly pleased with the work Jim did and his professionalism. He spent over 2 hours cleaning the windows on our split level home and did a thorough job. He only charged us $75.00. Jim arrived on time and set out to clean all the windows in my home which include several large picture windows in my living room. He did a fine job within a reasonable time and is pleasant to do business with.

Jim Anderson is the owner and operator of Anderson Window Cleaning. He return my call promptly and came out to give me an estimate and I ended up having him clean them that day. I had the inside and outside done, he even cleaned the tracks on the inside of all my windows. I have a rambler so he didn't need to use a ladder and our home doesn't have any screens yet so I'm not sure if his price would have been higher in that case. I'm very pleased with his work and plan on using him again in the fall.
