They have a pretty well rounded shop, and they  have good people that work there. All A's. It was pretty much immediate. I called them and they did it. The owner of the place has a desk out in the front so you don't see the mechanics that often. I have seen them and they wouldn't be working for this guy if they weren't suppose to.

I generally take my Mazda 3 to a Mazda dealer. However, I moved and it was no longer convenient. I've tried small independent shops before and they always seem to find a little oil leak or something else that needs fixing. Accurate Automotive just did the oil filter and lube and told me my tires were getting close to needing replacement. Nothing I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend these folks for car maintenance and will be going back in the future.

He does an excellent job.

On my wife's vehicle, he has a pilot, its 4-w-d and the tires need to be rotated every time they service it. Its more than if you're going to Jiffy Lube or some little in and out place but they know what they are doing. I'd say the price is fair.

Everything went well. I have a 1993 Honda with 220,000 miles on it. It still runs great thanks to Steve at Accurate Auto. He is honest and charges fair prices for service. He will go above and beyond and really cares about his customers and their vehicles. I recommend him to all of my friends.

These guys are always amazing. I would send my grandmother there alone and not worry a second. I went to take my emissions test to get my tabs renewed and failed the test. On the way home I stopped in and made an appointment for the following day to have them look and fix it. I dropped it off the next morning and by the end of the day they were done and for very little cost they had me out the door and my emission test passed with flying colors!
I have relied on Steve and crew for about 10 years now. They are HONEST, reliable and very very good. They won't work on something that doesn't need to be done - they will tell you about everything they find and allow YOU to make the decisions. NO PRESSURE - they are SOLID. My family uses them and everyone I know who needs a hand I refer them to this place! From oil changes to major overhauls - these guys are the real deal!!

I needed a new timing belt on my Toyota and heard that Accurate was a
great place for repair. They got my car in 3 days after I called and
even though I called the day they were fixing it, needing a couple other minor things fixed, they had it done at the end of the day as
promised.
Steve is a great guy and I've found a wonderful, HONEST place
for repairs!

We have had our car in the shop on several occasions. Mostly for maintenance, but also for some mechanical repairs. These guys are great!

I called and asked about it and was told just to swing by and they would take a lookat it. The man fixed the battery cable in a very short time then took a look at the seat belt. poped open the cover and untwisted the belt. poped it back on and carged us a total of $5.00 for everything.

Accurate Automotive has been servicing my 20-yr old Acura for several years. They have done an excellent job on routine maintenance as well as repairs. Steve gives me a very clear idea of what the work will cost and if there are any alternatives. Recently both of my headlights were cracked by falling rocks. Steve let me know that dealer parts were no longer available for one side and the part for the other side was very expensive. He gave me some suggestions on where to find third-party replacements. I was able to find the parts on the internet, ordered them, and Accurate installed them at a very fair price. Martin, one of the mechanics, has offered really helpful advice on several occasions ranging from troubleshooting why my alarm fobs stopped working to how to stop a wing mirror from vibrating. I feel very comfortable taking my car to Accurate (which is no small accomplishment when it comes to auto mechanics!) and I recommend them highly.

Steve is the contact person at Accurate Automotive. It's also much cheaper than the dealership. My husband paid $25 for the last service. The people at Accurate Automotive are honest and trustworthy. My husband doesn't ever feel like Steve is out to mess up things. He has waited past closing time for my husband to show up when he had a question over something his Acura was doing that day. That's why my husband goes there and he does a lot of business up in Everett. So, he is able to drop off the car and it works out to be convenient because he takes my Acura with him too. He takes mine to Accurate Automotive occasionally. They are punctual as well.

They specialize in Hondas but I think they do other cars. They were recommended to me and they have always done a good job. When they were over capacity they sent me to another place that they have done business with. They were very reasonable. They are honest. I will absolutely continue to use them.

I was given an estimate and an explanation of the systems they'd check and adjust. The estimate was right on, the work was done exactly as they said it would be, and they made a courtesy call to let me know the car was done. They also advised me that my tires were in poor shape (which they were). There aren't many mechanics I trust implicitly, but I feel like I can trust Accurate Automotive to be honest about what my car needs and how much it will cost. I plan to continue using their service as early as next week, as my oil needs changing.

The owner of this fine service, Steve Haug, told me to bring it by which I did. Since I had them service my vehicle a couple of months ago and wouldn't need service this soon, Steve explained how the light is set on a timer; he showed me how to reset the "service" light. Then one of his mechanics, Martin, took me for a test drive to determine what was happening with the steering and confirmed the wheels needed alignment. Then he drove it into the shop to check underneath the car where he noted some wear possibly from a car-wash wheel director. He put air in some of the tires, and we went for another test drive. Martin confirmed again that I needed to get the wheels aligned, something they don't do at Accurate Automotive. I thanked him and asked what I owed and he say "nothing." That, to me, is service above and beyond. I wouldn't think of ever taking my vehicle anywhere else! They are simply very nice people.

We really like this place. They really know their business, and they are very good with foreign cars. They are honest, thorough, and knowledgeable.

They are great! They are honest, they work with you and answer your questions, and as a long-term customer they have always treated me great. They do work quickly, and do it right.

The first time I went there he told me some things that I could do to the car before he does the work. We have never had to take are cars back to have them fixed again.
