They thought that they were so soft and it's not great that they have gasket though it's pretty good.  They were kind of expensive and whey they got finished the rugs they were very wet so we didn't think that they were really clean.  It was pretty good but we've had others in the past that are better.  They don't really do it very often so we don't really use it recently. 

They're great! I really like those guys. I like how thorough they were and the job that they did, their promptness, and their service basically.

A Advanced did a spectacular job of cleaning our carpets.  We moved into a brand new home and had trouble with our little dog marking his new territory. In fact, we had this trouble on more than one occasion and called the same company back since they'd done a great job.  They were on time, easy to schedule with, as well as sending us a knowledgable and productive person.

Work was done quickly and professionally.  I was pleased with the results.

Very well. Joe arrived on time and we walked through what was to be done. He put a walk-off towel in the entry and plastic protectors on the corners where the hoses needed to turn. He finished sooner and left the carpets cleaner than I expected. He left a bottle of stain remover, a stain removal guide, and booties in case I needed to walk across the carpets before they dried completely. I recommend A Advanced highly.

I was told the workers would arrive between 10 am and 12 noon. They arrived 5 minutes before 10 which was fine for me.
They did a great job on the carpet that was fairly dirty. They offered a Scotch Guard or micro seal treatment to protect the carpet. I decided to go for the more expensive miro seal (used by Boeing) since the treatment should only have to be applied once.
The tile in the bathroom floor cleaned up quite well. I didn't expect much from the tile in the shower stall since the grout was heavily stained but the cleaning did a fair job. Better than I could do.
The workers were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

They are the best carpet cleaner I have ever had, they came back to follow up to make sure some stains were gone. I would recommend them to others.

We closed on our house on November 29th, 2012 and had 30 days to clean, fix and finish hardwood floors and remodel kitchen.  In our limited time, we had to get carpets cleaned ASAP to coordinate with the other pending jobs. They gave me a phone quote and sent someone the next day.  They were very prompt, professional, and finished the job accordingly.  I will call them again as the need arises!

I hire and recommend this company all the time.  I have a dog, three tennagers and white carpet and these guys never fail to get the carpets looking like new.  Reasonably priced and very professional.  They also did excellent repair work at my husband's business.  Excellent company!!

They came in, smelled the carpet, put moisture sensors in the carpet, and said there was too much moisture in the carpet. They pulled back the carpet and cut out the pad and they went out of their way to save me money. They said that I could get the pad and there is a paint product called Kilz and they came out three times until they were satisfied that it was clean and then they painted the floor, put the pad down and replaced the carpet. Therefore, I was happy with that. They were nice, clean, thoughtful, and quiet. They made it as quick as possible. I would use them again in a minute.

Joe C. called ahead to let us know he would be arriving at specified time.  He came in, assessed the situation and go to work.
When I returned the carpets looked like new!  He even went under some of the bigger items that I could not move.  I was very
happy with the job he did.  I was looking for a cleaner that did not use the power in your home as it is an older house.  They use
power from their truck and that worked out great.  Excellent work!

We found them on Angie’s list.  They were pretty professional.  I wasn’t super pleased with the results but the carpet is kind of old so I don’t know how much their fault was and how bad the carpet was.  I did try to talk to them about the quality and they said they were willing to come back and try it again.  They were willing to do what it took to make me happy.

The price was just as quoted and the work was perfect!

Angie's List provided a $99 upholstery and/or carpet cleaning special last November (2011) for A Advanced Carpet Cleaning and Restoration.  I took advantage of this offer and made arrangements with the owner, Ken Morris, to eventually clean a gently used, but dirty love seat. I was in the midst of a remodel project and had to wait until the living room was cleared of boxes before I could have love seat delivered by it's owners and then cleaned. All was ready, when the the dog of the love seat's owner, in a fit of separation anxiety,decided to chew up the love seat..... beyond repair. Both the dog/furniture owner and I were upset  of course.However, since I now had a large, furniture free yet carpeted open area to deal with, carpet cleaning for my 19 yr old carpet made more sense!  I talked with Ken and  made arrangements for April 4th.  I was given a reminder call (which I appreciated), and Joe, the technician, called the morning of service  to tell me when he would arrive. He was on time, courteous and professional from start to finish. And, the carpet looked great. There are several reasons why I felt this company was better than any other carpet cleaning service I have hired previous to this latest experience: We did a walk-through first so I could show him some serious stains  that needed removed (if possible);  he explained everything he would be doing before he even began including total cost of project; placed corner protector covers along walls where his equipment  would be used; made sure there were no cleaning solution spills on new hardwood floor areas where he would have to take his equipment across; and before he left, gave me shoe covers, a laminated stain removal guide and a bottle of cleaning solution for future spot cleaning areas. The total cost, with Angie's List Coupon included, was $198. I felt my money was well spent on this company and it's expert service..

Joe did a fantastic job with the carpets. He is very professional and is a great guy as well. We will use A Advanced in the future and were so pleased with their work. I would recommend them highly.

It is the best carpet cleaning I ever had. The carpet looked the best it ever has and the spots haven't come back which with many they do when you walk on it and stuff. These people are really good.

I always feel like this company is thorough and does a good job.  They always let us know afterwards what to use and what not to use in the case of spots.  I got the name of this company from a couple of carpet installers when I first moved to the home and I have been pleased each time we have used them.

They did a great job. When I called for an estimate, they spent 20 minutes on the phone with me talking through service options, prices, etc. They were very helpful when consulting about the service. On the day of the cleaning, they called ahead of time as promised, showed up at the beginning of their two hour window, and were polite and professional during their service. The cleaning itself was great.
