It went fine from beginning to end.

These folks were wonderful! We had brand new wool carpeting installed in our bedroom, and a week later our dog vomited in about five different spots (ugh!). If you know anything about wool carpeting, you know it can be tough to clean out stains. We did our best, but realized we needed a professional's help. I contacted our carpet installer, and they recommended A Advanced. When I called for an appointment, the person I spoke with was very helpful (and sympathetic). She was able to get us an appointment right away, and even took the time to give me some spot treating tips for the future. When the technician came to the house, he was very courteous, helpful, and punctual. He explained everything he was doing, and had a ton of knowledge about wool carpets and the special techniques/cleansers needed. He did an amazing job of removing the stains without damaging the sensitive wool carpeting. I never thought the stains would come out so well! The charge was about $150, which I believe they said is their minimum service charge. I considered it a bargain, since it saved our $4,000 carpet! I will definitely call them when we are due for another carpet cleaning.

Very pleased w/ the promptness, professionalism, thorough job and then they left me written directions for any future soiled spots. In addition, there was a troubling area that concerned me for the last year or two. Daniel examined it and found that there was moisture, where there shouldn't be any, and that I hadn't realized was there; we have plans to address that in the future. A Advanced was very professional, from our first call to schedule through the entire process. They were very knowledgeable about their services, offered excellent advice, came with a wealth of additional information, and walked us through the estimate and options. The professionals who came out to do the work were very courteous and thorough and we felt we definitely got our money's worth. We will use them in the future and I will recommend them to friends and family.

We have been happy with them all three times. They are professional and prompt, and offer suggestions when we have questions. They are very careful with your belongings. They make sure the furniture is up on props and not on the floor when drying. They take special attention to stains and leave some solution behind. They were recommended to us by two different carpet sales companies.

It was really good. They had two guys come out to do the work. Both were experienced and did a great job, making sure they didn't hit corners as they moved the carpet cleaning items throughout the house. It was nice that they took the time to do this and were very diligent about it. They were upfront about a couple of stains that we had and different options as to what we could do. They were excellent. They were here on time and were very efficient.

They did a good job. Based on that experience I would hire them again in the future, if I have that type of work done.

We like them a lot. We had gone through 5 carpet cleaning companies and A Advanced Carpet Cleaning was excellent. I found them in the phone book and I saw them the other day in the neighborhood. They used different cleaning solutions for different types of stains. They were the first ones that ever got coffee out of a long carpet that I had at my other house. I had 2 or 3 different companies come in, but A Advanced Carpet Cleaning came out and cleaned it. They are very reliable and I have also had them do upholstery. The price that I pay them depends upon how many rooms I would be getting done. My overall experience with them has been excellent. I would definitely use their services in the future and in fact, I would be calling them again before Christmas.
