The phone call to set up an appointment was courteous and friendly. We got an appointment within about a week. The plumber was prompt, professional, and friendly. The work they did was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed Scott, and greatly appreciate his skill and competence in doing the work. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and a perfectionist. Although he always showed up when he said he would, sometimes his timeframe was rather broad. He was a bit slow in returning phone calls occasionally, but did return every one of them, and readily answered any concerns. We thought his price was quite fair for the work done and the time spent. His clean-up after the work was done was super! We felt he went the extra mile in handling the entire project. We had enough confidence in him to leave the key to the house, and the house to him while we were away for the 2 weeks it took to start and complete the job. The one point we'd give him a B is that he talks and talks and talks. Since we were usually interested in what he had to say, this didn't bother us, but it isn't professionally the best trait to have!

1ST CHOICE DID A GOOD JOB WITH ALL OF THEIR WORK. THE DIG WAS MINIMAL AND THE LAWN WAS REPLACED NEATLY. NO PAVEMENT WAS BROKEN AND ALL OF THE INSTALLED LINES HAVE WORKED WELL.
